PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Villages third and final planned town square has a theme of “Old World Florida” and takes
residents back to a time in the 1800’s when Florida cattle hunters and cowboys roamed the state.
The focal point of this center is “Paddock Square” , a town square of approximately 1 acre filled
with grandstands, beverage kiosks and a performance stage themed as an old Florida “Cracker” cabin.

SERVICES PROVIDED:
This $3.5 million scope consisted of a general conditions, erosion control, earthwork and grading,
storm, sewer and water drainage systems, site electrical, log cabin, grandstand, main gate, windmill,
water tank, hardscaping and heart pine/cypress materials for split rail; farm; hitch/queue; and
corral fencing.
